Room Setup
Rinaldi & Studio: Appropriate for interactive discussions, lecture sessions, workshops, birthday parties, and bride's room for fewer than 30 people. Equipped with audiovisual capabilities.
Lobby: Appropriate for small group discussions and receptions.
Salon: Generally used for receptions, hospitality and sessions involving small group discussions. A six-foot table seats six people comfortably. Equipped with audiovisual capabilities, faux fireplace and upright piano. Access to small landscaped area with child-friendly equipment.
Gallery: Appropriate for casual receptions, snack and beverage service, and hospitality.
Sanctuary: Appropriate for intimate weddings, memorials and ceremonies, lectures sessions, and performances with fewer than 70 people. Equipped with audiovisual capabilities, keyboard, sound equipment, and baby grand piano.
**We also have childcare rooms (nursery, toddler, elementary) available by special arrangement

Studio: Tuesday thru Friday ~ $30 per hour/Weekends ~ $35 per hour

Salon: Tuesday thru Friday ~ $25 per hour/Evenings & Weekends ! $35 per hour

Sanctuary: Tuesday thru Friday ~ $50 per hour (2-hour minimum)/Weekends ~ $75 per hour (2-hour minimum)

Common Ground provides a standard facility contract, noting deposit, payment, and cancellation policies. A final agreement and binding contract will be negotiated. It will specify definite terms, additional costs, and be accepted and signed by representatives with authority to enter the agreement. (sample contract available upon request)
